Refund Policy

The short version

  • We don’t issue refunds as a default policy.
  • Cancel any time. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we won’t bill you again.
  • If something is genuinely wrong, email us. We review case by case.

1. No refunds by default

Briveli does not issue refunds for subscription charges as a matter of standard policy. When a charge goes through, it’s for the billing period you’re entering, and we don’t prorate or refund it after the fact.

2. Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from Settings > Subscriptionin your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no further charges will be made, but the time you’ve already paid for is yours to use.

3. When we will look at a refund

If something is genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a charge during a verified outage, an accidental signup on a child’s tablet, or a similar situation — email support@briveli.com and we’ll review it. Refunds in these cases are case-by-case at our discretion, not a guaranteed policy.

Include the email address on your account and a one-line description of what happened. We typically respond within 2 business days.
